Greg Vlahos is a Principal and Co-founder of New Territory Partners.  Before starting NTP, Greg spent 31 years at Simon Property Group as Senior Vice President overseeing the leasing of the Southwest Region, which encompassed over 20,000,000 s.f. and generated an annual EBITDA of $340M.

Greg also was directly responsible for the leasing of the Houston Galleria, Simon's top asset in terms of gross sales and EBITDA.  His leasing at the Houston Galleria spanned the gamut from Forever 21 to Prada and all in between providing the knowledge and experience in dealing with retailers at all price points.

Greg also lead the leasing responsibilities for new developments and expansions at the following assets:  The Domain, The Shops at Clearfork, Houston Galleria, La Plaza, Firewheel Town Center, Lakeline Mall, and North East Mall.

Greg was also an integral team member in securing the third party leasing and management contract with UBS for the Dallas Galleria.

Prior to being with Simon he was with JMB leasing properties primarily in the Texas market

Greg graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA degree in Finance.  In his spare time you can find Greg golfing, playing Pickleball, traveling, cycling, and spending time with family and friends.

Doyle Liesenfelt is a Principal and Co-founder of New Territory Partners.

Before starting NTP, Over the last three decades, Doyle has worked with several large Retail Landlords including Brookfield Properties, Simon Property Group and the Irvine Company.

Doyle has been involved with the ground up Development of many new Regional Shopping Centers along with the lead leasing role in the Redevelopment of many Regional Shopping Centers in the South. He has leased powerhouse regional shopping centers too. Houston Galleria, Baybrook Mall, The Woodlands Mall, Irvine Spectrum, Stonebriar Centre and The Shops at La Cantera are some examples of the assets that he has had the responsibility of Leasing and Merchandising. We Are Retail. Whether it is Mixed Use, Open Air, Regional or Super Regional Shopping centers he has been on the forefront of great retail for many years.

Doyle also Co- Founded Nestle Toll House Café. President for 10 Years, his team grew the brand from its first location to 150 stores across the USA, Canada, and many Middle East countries through the franchise model. While as President of the company, he had the opportunity to travel every major market in the country and has visited most of the regional shopping centers in America.

Doyle graduated from University of North Texas with a BBA in Marketing. In his spare time, you can find Doyle cycling, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
